Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of elixirmcp.dev and the hosted Elixir MCP demo at
mcp.elixirmcp.dev (together, "the service"), operated by Noizu Labs.
By using the service you agree to these terms. Contact:
[email protected].
What the service is
The service documents the open-source Elixir MCP library and provides a public demonstration MCP server. The demo gives each authorization a temporary sandbox of dummy files and virtual controls. It is a demonstration, not a storage, hosting or production service.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability or accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, Noizu Labs is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
Sandbox resets and availability
Demo state is held in memory on a single server and may be reset, cleared or made unavailable at any time without notice, including on every restart or deploy. Authorizations and sandbox contents expire within about an hour. Do not rely on the sandbox to keep anything, and do not place personal, confidential or production data in it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to access another user's sandbox or tokens, or bypass authentication;
- probe, scan or test the service for vulnerabilities without prior written permission;
- generate load intended to degrade the service, or work around its limits by registering many clients or authorizations;
- use the service to store or distribute unlawful, malicious or infringing content;
- use the service in violation of applicable law or of GitHub's or Google's terms.
Security issues can be reported to [email protected].
Limits
The demo enforces shared capacity limits and returns HTTP 429 when they are reached. Current limits, which may change without notice:
- 600 authorization-server requests per minute across all users;
- 2,000 registered MCP clients and 10,000 active authorizations, each expiring after 1 hour;
- 1,000 concurrent sandboxes;
- per sandbox: 48 entries, 16 KiB per file, 64 KiB in total;
- MCP requests time out after 15 seconds.
Noizu Labs may suspend or block access that violates these terms or threatens the availability of the service.
Sign-in providers
Sign-in through GitHub or Google is subject to those providers' terms. How identity data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Open-source licence
The Elixir MCP library is open source under the MIT License; see the elixir-mcp-lib repository. These terms govern the hosted service only; your use of the library's source code is governed by its licence.
Changes
These terms may be updated; changes are published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
